Assembly is a boutique music and event production company founded by Lucas Vandewark, an open-format DJ, recording engineer, and technical production supervisor with over 35 years of experience in high-end weddings and private events. Based in Costa Rica and most recently from Denver, Colorado, Lucas brings a deep understanding of music, sound, and production to every event.

Performing under the name DJ Assembly, Lucas delivers seamless, intelligently curated musical experiences tailored to each audience. He spent a large part of his career as a resident DJ in New York City, developing a deep knowledge of crowd dynamics, music programming, and live performance. His background also includes work as a recording engineer in major New York City studios, as well as extensive experience designing and building high-performance sound systems for recording studios, live concerts, luxury residences, and hospitality venues.

As a technical production supervisor, Lucas is capable of delivering any level of event production, from elegant, minimal audio setups to full concert-scale systems, ensuring flawless execution from planning through performance.
